Ann August 31, 2024 for Model Number WF210ANWXAA01 The washer drains but it does so all over the floor form the back left side. The drain and the tubing to the drain are not the problem. Can you suggest where I should start looking for the culprit ?

Mark April 13, 2024 for Model Number wf448aaw/xaa 04 With about 14 minutes left on a normal cycle I get a ND not draining error code. I open up the washing machine and there is no water in the tub. If I re-start the machine after opening the door, a new rinse cycle starts at 27 minutes and continues with finishing with no problems. I cleaned out front filter multiple times and checked for any clogs in the drain line and there is nothing. This tells me the drain pump is working fine since it's actually draining. Is their a back control board issue?
1 Answer Mark, the pressure hose will need to be checked for any partial clogs where it connects at the bottom of the appliance. John January 13, 2024 for Model Number wa5451anw/xaa 01 I had a water leak in the washer underneath the drain pump assembly. I removed the drain pump assembly and discovered no debris, but really bad smelling water came out of the drain pump. I can shake the drain pump and water comes out of the pump enclosure. I'd guess that some seal broke and water seeped in. In normal operation, water is not supposed to get into the drain pump itself, correct? Also, I only had one screw instead of two like the video for holding the drain pump assembly to the drain pump. Do I need another screw?

Dod June 16, 2023 for Model Number wf229ang Any idea why a DC31-00054A pump will run on and off. Bearing or capacitor issue?? The washer cycle was randomly working - most of the time stopping during the cycle without any error but no draining .... I ran few spinning only and I saw the pump not spinning - it started spinning as soon I touched it... I removed the pump and measured motor wingdings resistance as 14 ohm. I powered the motor and 8 out of 10 the pump was spinning. 2 times I had to "help" it with a screwdriver .... Thanks for any ideas....
