Mark for Model Number wf448aaw/xaa 04

With about 14 minutes left on a normal cycle I get a ND not draining error code. I open up the washing machine and there is no water in the tub. If I re-start the machine after opening the door, a new rinse cycle starts at 27 minutes and continues with finishing with no problems. I cleaned out front filter multiple times and checked for any clogs in the drain line and there is nothing. This tells me the drain pump is working fine since it's actually draining. Is their a back control board issue?

Answer

Mark, the pressure hose will need to be checked for any partial clogs where it connects at the bottom of the appliance. If the port and hose are clear, the main control DC92-00133V would be the likely cause. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued this part and it is no longer available.
