Allen K for Model Number RF323TEDBBC/AA We have two ice makers and the bottom one has completely fallen out into the ice tray. How do I remove the drawer so I can try and re-install the Ice maker? The top one has been a constant headache with the ice freezing up against the wall and creating an ice dam. We have had warranty work done on it several times where they installed a new seal and we still have this problem. Now our warranty has expired. The unit was built in May of 2012. Any advice?
Answer Allen, To remove the drawer assembly you will need to first remove the upper rack by lifting it up and out of the frame. Once you have this out and with the drawer pulled all the way out there will be a slot at the back of the rail assembly that you will push in on.
