Joe for Model Number RF260BEAESR/AA-0001 Hello, I have a Samsung refrigerator/freezer and the ice maker was not getting water from the sink area to the ice maker. i had a service tech come out and he replaced the heating tube element, which had stop working and the entire heating tube was completely frozen. He replaced the heating element and water is now getting to the ice maker. But, now the ice maker is now making ice but it is not dumping the ice into the ice maker bin. The service tech is out on leave for about a week and no one from the service desk is answering the phone and not returning my phone messages. Is there something I can check? I do press the reset switch or button on the bottom of the ice maker and the motor does turn to dump the ice into the bin. But, it is not dumping the ice into the bin automatically.
