David for Model Number WF410ANW/XAC Hi - I recently replaced the flange shaft assembly- and other related items (Tub seal, spider bolts etc). Washer was working fine prior to flange shaft assembly repair other than big unbalance due to one of the arms being broken. Went to start the washer after re-assembly, it turns on, display panel looks normal (no error codes) , there a few of the usual clicks for the door, and maybe water flowing, then when the drum should start a few rotations it only rotates maybe an inch and stops, then seems to try and rotate again, but only rotates an inch or so and stops. This goes on for a few min until it stops and displays no error codes on the LED display panel. The Drum turns freely and smooth by hand. Any suggestions on what to check?
Answer David, You will need to make sure that the rotor is in place properly and that there is no wiring issue with the stator and RPS sensor. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, October 18, 2018
