Dan for Model Number Samsung WA5471 I have a Samsung WA5471 follows washer. I am having problems with my washer not completing the spin cycle. After rinse cycle it goes into spin status for 1 minute. The drum doesn’t spin then it starts to fill with water and starts the rinse cycle again. After 3+ hours of loops it's will give 3E error.
Answer Dan, The 3E error code is for a motor drive error or hall sensor error. You will want to check the coils on the stator to make sure that they are good and check the RPS sensor and wiring. If these check ok then the issue will be caused by a faulty control board. If the unit is agitating the control board may be the most likely cause.
