Jeff for Model Number wa48h7400aw/a2 When starting cycle the washer makes some whirling noise but I do not see the clothes move more than a nudge . it starts to fill but then stops. if I hit the start/pause button again the cycle resumes but then stops again. Drain and spin cycle works. I took the whole thing apart, tub out, clutch assembly out everything moved smoothly no bad bearing, clutch teeth are fine. At first I thought it was the clutch motor but it shows continuity, I am thinking it is a sensor? What do the pros say?
Answer Jeff, You will want to put the unit into diagnostic and see if there are any error codes stored but sounds likely that this would most likely be a faulty RPS sensor. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 15, 2018
