Nick I for Model Number rbi95bssb My fridge compartment too cold and everything is frozen. Could it possibly be the fan. I open the door and dont hear a fan running. I removed the back panel and see your part number 10. Should there be a fan (blades) on the spindle which sticks out of the back of it?
Answer Hello Nick, As far as the fan there is a wheel that has blades on it. This would be on the front part of the fan motor where the shaft comes out of motor. For the freezing in the refrigerator compartment you will want to check the thermistors to make sure that they are not faulty. Make sure not broken and check resistance. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
