Gary for Model Number RB1955VQ/XAA Hi, Could you help to clarify what is the correct static resistance value for R-fan motor (refrigerator RB1955VQ, part DA31-00003N)? My R-fan does not rotate, its resistance is 160 oum or so. Thanks -Gary
Answer Hello Gary. The manufacture does not offer resistance values. However, here is how they say to test them. Fridge and Freezer evap fans are 120vac, controlled by a 5vdc door switch, a small resistance in the door switch will cause an intermittent no cool condition. Read More...
