Jesse I have a whirlpool microwave that purchased a couple years ago. The turntable will not turn so I replaced the motor. It is still not rotating. I have inspected and washed both the plate and the guide. The drive bushing seems to be just fine. But when I power up and turn the microwave on the turntable still does not turn.
