Jack for Model Number RS2533SW (Samsung) My Samsung Refrigerator "Ice Type" icons keep cycling through between "cubed",:crushed" and "ice off" all on its own and every time it does it beeps.(which is driving me insane!). Other than that, the refrigerator works fine (except that now I cant change Fridge temps) Do I need to get a User Control and Display board, and if so,how difficult is it to replace.
Answer Jack, Yes the most likely cause for the unit cycling from crushed to cube is a faulty control board. The part that would be needed is DA41-00204C. The way to remove the dispenser assembly is to use a flat blade screwdriver at the bottom of the dispenser trim to pop the panel loose. once panel is loose the display board can be changed out.
