Kirk for Model Number RB195BSBB Had a service man come out to figure why my freezer stop working and the fridge works fine. He said that the display needed to be canged because the thermosit is not getting a good reading. I have Already changed the main control board. wouold the display have anything to do with the freezer not freezing???
Answer Kirk, The display would not have anything to do with the thermistor not reading properly. You will want to pull the rear wall in the freezer and check for whether the unit is defrosting. If the coils are impacted with ice then the issue would be a defrost issue in which the defrost sensor would be the most likely cause.
