Cody I have replaced the pulsator and it is inserted correctly but the clothes come out with little pieces of dirt on them. This has happened with two loads. What should I do?
Answer Cody, When you replaced the pulsator, did you check and clean the area under the pulsator. Did you replace the pulsator bolt or dab a little thread lock on the bolt, and get it down and as tight as possible ? ow you need to check the up and down play in the pulsator. the movement shouldn't exceed 1/8-3/16 in. if it does, then you'll need to check the clutch for excess wear. If not you'll want to use a cleaning product like "affresh" W10549845 to wash out the tubs and reduce any detergent or softener build up in between the tubs. Read More...
