Gerry for Model Number Samsung rs2533sw The cooling does not work on both sides (freezer and refrigerator). We can hear a clicking noise every 3-5 minutes in the back. We assume it is the relay. Could it be anything else? How do we get off the relay cover (very snug) and how do we get off the relay? (almost inaccessible on the side of the compressor).
Answer Hello Gerry. The cover unsnaps off the side of the compressor, these are very tight. Once removed, the relay overload will pull off the side of the compressor.
