Dan for Model Number RF28HFEDBSR Refrigerator compartment is freezing everything. The temperature shows higher than the real temperature inside. I replaced the defrost sensor DF32-10104N, not working. How to replace the temperature sensor, and how to test it is good or broken?
Answer Dan, The temp sensor should have a resistance reading of 11,741 at 38 degrees give or take 5%. Testing the sensor is done at CN30 pin 6 and CN76 pin 1 for 4.6 volts to 1.0 volts The sensor should be located behind the rear cover in the fresh food section. Read More...
