Cover Dispenser P/N AP5915358 was purchased through your website, but it did not fix the problem, I understand the code 23 C refers to Freezer Defrost Fan, but the Fan is working fine, Is it referring to the Heater? Please guide me to the right parts to replace. I watched a video suggesting troubleshooting through the Main Board by measuring the voltage/signal is out of tolerance, but I have no means of reference/wiring diagram to compare.
Answer Andy, Thanks for the question!!! The 23 C error code is a condenser fan error. Which is the fan in the back of the fridge next to the compressor. The voltage of MAIN PCB CN74 2PIN - 1PIN needs to be between 7V~12V. If the voltage is correct replace the fan motor, incorrect voltage replace the main control.
