Cheryl for Model Number Samsung Refrig. RF26VABWP Finding ice on back wall inside refrigerator and water/ice under the vegetable bins on the bottom. Have already done the "put in an extended wire into the drain hole" but still having the problem one month later. All drain tubes are clear but the ice is building up inside the back wall and water is pooling and freezing on the bottom under the vegetable bins. Wondering if we need to replace a temperature sensor?
Answer Hello Cheryl. You will need to clean out the drain again and this time, remove the duck bill valve in the compressor compartment and clean it out as well.
