Traci for Model Number XFG361LVQ2 I have a gas range from Whirpool - not 3 years old - model # XFG361LVQ2. The interior glass has shifted down, so there is a gap between the interior top of the door frame and the glass window. I don't know whether I need to just replace the glass, replace the entire door, or what I need. Also is this a fix that I can do myself, or do I need to hire someone to do it?
Answer Traci, It sounds like there may be screws missing that would allow the inner door to lift in order for the inner glass to shift.
