Jackson 15 for Model Number dacor eg486 The video showing the ignitor installation is not the same as my stove, The Dacor model eg486. how do you get to the ignitor?
Answer Jackson 15, When you lift the burner cap off there will be a burner fastening ring in the center of the burner base. Remove this ring and you will be able to lift the base off with the igniter and uplug the igniter. From this point replace igniter and reassemble. You will want to check the igniter wire as well.
