W for Model Number SCG304 I have a bad igniter on the right front burner. All other burners light ok. To replace do I need to remove the burner bases from all and raise up the cooktop or just remove the base from the faulty burner and then i will have access to the igniter? Wasn't sure from other comments. Any pics/videos on this - the other was too generic. Any special tools needed also? Thank for any clarification.
Answer W. You will want to remove the burner cap, and there will be a brass nut in the center of the burner head that you will remove. Once removed lift the burner head out and you can replace the igniter. There is no video for this model. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 23, 2014
