David K for Model Number ECS130SCH Bottom element doesn't get hot in bake. I tested resistance but 50 ohms is hard to read on a 100K scale. A new element did not make any difference. The next suspect from the chatter seems to be the 92028 relay board, but it would be nice to test it somehow before spending $$ on another random replacement. Any advide on testing, and a link to a manual which might show how to get to it? Thanks
Answer Hello David. You can test for 120 volts from the relay board to the element. If not there, replace the relay board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
