Part Number: OEM21056610
Manufacturer Part Number: DE81-09179A

This OEM part is sold individually and is a relay control board for ovens. An oven relay control board is a circuit board that receives signals from the main oven control board. The relay control board then relays the signal to regulate the oven's essential functions. If the oven is no longer turning on, heating properly, or regulating its temperature, it might be time for a new relay board. Luckily, replacing this part is not a difficult process. To replace the relay board make sure the oven is unplugged. Gain access to the upper back panel on the back of the range and remove the screws. Once the panel is removed access the relay board, and remove the wire harness as well as any individual wires attached to the old board. Make sure to take note of the orientation of the wires. Replug the wires into their correct terminals on the new board and snap the new board back in place. Resecure the upper back panel. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Samsung brand ovens.

Javier, the error F1 is going to indicate a possible failure with a couple things. If you turn off the power supply to the range and disconnect the touchpad membrane DE81-08133A ribbons from the Range control 62680 and the error F1 appears within 30 seconds of turning the power supply back on, the touchpad would not be an issue. From there, the range control can be tested for 24VDC from the connection J5 from pin 7 to pin 10 while the error code is showing. If there is 24VDC, the range control has failed. Unfortunately, both parts have been discontinued and are no longer available.

David, the relay board would be accessed under the cooktop. This can be done by removing the venturi nut on each burner so that they can be lifted up and out, allowing the spill pan to be removed once all of the burners are out. The relay board should then be readily accessible.

Laurie, it isn't that abnormal for a relay on a control board to fail in less than a year, but it's not an every day occurrence either. You also want to check the resistance and wiring to the oven temp. sensor, preferably at the ERC/Clock. based on your post information, you most likely have a failed L2 relay on the relay board, or no power to the relay board from the terminal block. Thanks,

Ron, You will have to pull the oven out probably eight inches or so and you will find an access panel at the top of the oven. The relay board sits right under the panel.

Mark for Model Number CPS130

I have a Dacor CPS130 (single oven with convection). When I set it to bake, I hear clicking 4 or 5 times (like a relay switching), then the bake settings go away and its just back to the clock showing. The same thing happens on bake, broil, convection, and mixed settings. No elements heat and no settings stay 'on' (showing on the LED panel) more than 5-10 seconds (duration of the clicking). Is this a relay board issue, main controller board issue, or likely something else? What part numbers would I need? THANKS!

Mark, The noise you are hearing id the relay on the relay board.92028 is the manufacturer's part number. This board is no longer produced so you would need to do a google search with the part number to perhaps find a refurbished one.

3quacks, You should make sure the hinges are not failing and letting the door stay open more than normal. Make sure the racks are pushed all the way in. Lights come on from a relay on the main control board. If you are not having any other issues with the user interface then chances are it is not the problem.

Kenneth, The element is within specs and if it is not getting hot it would be the relay board if other elements are warming up. Unfortunately, this part is no longer available and no satisfactory replacement has been provided by the manufacturer.

Patrick, you will need to remove the burner heads and the retainers that hold them to the main top. From there, you will want to remove the screws around the rim of the main top. This should allow you to lift the main top up.

Bill, you may want to test the door switch [92024] to see if it has continuity when engaged. If not, then you have a bad switch. Unfortunately, if the switch is bad, it has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
