Moira for Model Number PGM365 Oh help. Think the remodeler (more like helpless DIYers) have caused so much damage in my house. Now the left to burner on my cook top keep clicking even when ignited. I cleaned the base, etc., when they reinstalled it (moved a sink from corner to outer wall which meant I needed a new counter top. Is this model a re-ignitor? I need info to send the owner of this company. I told him not to come back, to give me my money back - minus new sink, window. He wanted to know if he send his best men, if I would reconsider. They had the same man who moved cabinets, reinstall this plus install the dishwasher. Well, Wednes. am my kitchen floor was flooded, floor ruined, cabinet base warped...... Seems they didn't know the drain hose has to be routed up to the bottom of the counter before being hooked up to the house drain. Their plumber came; said it was not the plumbing. Had service today and found it was. a very upset 80 year old.
Answer Moira, This unit is a re-igniter model range and with the burner continuously clicking even when lit then the issue would be either a lost ground wire, a bad igniter 66958 or a bad re-igniter switch DE81-07650A. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, September 10, 2013
