Jerome, The 4E error code indicates that there is a water supply error. You will want to check to make sure that the screens on the water valve are not clogged. Make sure that there is adequate water pressure to the valve. If there is nothing wrong with the supply or with the valve screens being clogged then you will want to test to make sure that you are getting 120 vac to the water valve when it is supposed to fill with water. If there is proper voltage then the valve would need to be replaced. If there is not proper voltage then the main control board will need to be replaced.
