Julie, The UE error code would be an unbalanced load which would cause the no spin issue. You will want to check to make sure that the clothes are not off-balance. If the clothes are fine then this will either be faulty shocks, broken spider or possibly bearings that are bad.

Guillermo for Model Number wf45h6300ag/a2

The front door is not locking, we check and we replaced the switch PN dc64-00519b because that is the number provided by sears specialist service with the model we provided. We changed and it is not working, its keeps looked and the door is not open, then I took the old switch and find out the manufacturer emz PN 461970200692, looked on the internet and found the PN dc34-00024b, I come back with the service people and they told me that the part number DC34 its a part number, however, the DC54 is an upgrade part number and we should be able to use. I need to understand which pn to use based on my model and confirm that is working. Please if you can help I will highly appreciate it.

Guillermo, the door switch needed is going to be dependent on the REV number of your model. If the REV is 00, then the door switch DC64-00519B would be used. If the REV number is 01, the door switch DC64-00519D would be used.

Jerome, The 4E error code indicates that there is a water supply error. You will want to check to make sure that the screens on the water valve are not clogged. Make sure that there is adequate water pressure to the valve. If there is nothing wrong with the supply or with the valve screens being clogged then you will want to test to make sure that you are getting 120 vac to the water valve when it is supposed to fill with water. If there is proper voltage then the valve would need to be replaced. If there is not proper voltage then the main control board will need to be replaced.

Frank, it would be recommended that the wiring DC93-00251K from the main control DC92-01063A to the lock assembly DC34-00024B are inspected for any loose connections. It is also recommended that the wiring is inspected for any signs of pinched wires or bare spots. The wires will also need to be tested for continuity to identify if there are any breaks in the wires. The door will also need to be inspected to identify if the door is shutting fully and allowing the strike to activate the switches in the door lock. If all of this check good, the door lock will need to be tested for resistance from terminal 3 to terminal 5 and should read 949O. If the door lock is not measuring 949O, it would need to be replaced. If it tests good, and the wires tested properly, then the main control would be the cause of this issue.

Samsung washer starts clicking, but then stops, no water flowing in. At some point showed code dc, then dc3. Samsung customer service said it's the door lock, referred me to J & J International, Inc. J & J refused to give me a correct part number, just quoted a price. Their website shows 2 parts: DC64-00519D and DC34-0025D, the first one mentions solenoid. Amazon prices vary greatly. Which one is the correct part for Samsung WF45K6200AW/A2 washer?
