Jerry for Model Number ME16H702SES/AA-0000 Hi - My microwave lost all power and from what I've reading on-line it seems like the thermostat is the most likely cause. My question is where specifically in the micro wave is the thermostat located and what manufacturer part# for the thermostat is the most correct one to purchase - seems like there are many choices and some may be better than others. Answer Hello Jerry. You will need to uninstall the microwave and remove the outer cover to access the thermostats. You need to check the fuse 3601-001198 first. If it is good, then test the thermostats. If the fuse is bad, test the door switches on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
