John for Model Number ME21H706MQG/AA My above range Samsung microwave has no power. When I took the cover off I discovered the thermostat for the magnetron was burned almost in two. I ordered a replacement part through your company, and when I replaced it I still have no power. The other three thermostats test the way I believe they should, open for the fan thermostat and closed for the other two. Both fuses have continuity. I think the problem is probably in the control panel, which would be cost prohibitive to replace. I have a home warranty with a $100 deductible, although I doubt it would cover the repair/replacement of the microwave. Any suggestions?
