Jack for Model Number NX58K9850SS/AA When the divider is removed the oven temperature is consistent, but when I place the divider in the upper portion gives a false temperature reading, i.e. If it set for 350, my thermometer inside would read 220. Should I replace the sensor and what part is this?
Answer Jack, the sensor part number is [DG32-00004C] and it may be what is causing the issue. You can verify if it has the proper resistance at room temperature by comparing the resistance of the upper sensor to the lower sensor as they should read the same. Read More...
