Robert for Model Number NE58F9500SS/AA-01 My oven continues to heat after reaching the preset temperature. The display shows the temperature increasing until it reaches the preset temperature and beeps when it displays/reaches the preset temp. However the heating element continues to stay red hot and heats until it reaches the shutoff temperature of ~500 degrees. I have tested the thermistor at room temperature and the heating element. Both are reading the correct resistance. Do I need a new control board, my best guess is a faulty relay in the back control panel? Are there other fixes to try first? When I called Samsung all they could offer was to try changing the temperature adjustment setting on the front control panel, this did not work.
Answer Robert, This would be a faulty main control board that has a stuck relay. The board will need to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 11, 2019
