Pt for Model Number Samsung RFG298hdbp/xaa I am not getting water to the top ice maker. The bottom Ice maker in the pull out freezer works great. I have pressed the test button, but nothing happens except for the chime. I removed the Ice maker unit and checked for a frozen water dispenser line, it was not. What other issues may be the cause? Answer PT, the most likely issue is going to be that the ice maker DA97-07365G has failed. With the test switch pressed in and the chime indicating the test mode has been engaged, the ice maker can be tested for 120VAC at the red wire going to the ice maker. If there is voltage, then the ice maker has failed. If there is not 120VAC, then the main control DA92-00147A has failed.
