Tom V for Model Number WF328AAW/XAA-0002 I get hot water and cold water, but I can't get warm water. When I select the Warm/cold setting I only get cold water. And sad to say this has been going on ever since I got the washer a few years ago, to use the warm setting I just changed the water temp on my water heater. What do I need to get to fix this problem.
Answer Tom, This unit has a automatic temp control for the water. On cold it will be cold water that comes in and on hot it will be hot but on warm it will be determined by how cold the cold water is and may alternate the hot and cold water to achieve overall temp for the warm setting. If the water temperature of the cold water is above 75 degrees then the unit may not warm up the water any further. When the water is colder then it will activate the hot to mix the water with hot and cold water for warm.
