John Larose for Model Number WF393BTPAWR/A2 Code came up as tE which is water temperature sensor. Order new thermistor from you and replaced. Still coming up with same code after replacement. Is there something else that could cause this. Also when i took out first sensor there was water in drum. When i removed sensor after replacement there was no water. Could water inlet valve be malfunctioning? Washer is making a lot of noise before it shows the tE code. Thanks
Answer John, You will want to check to make sure that the wiring between the control board and the thermistor is good. If the wiring is good then this would most likely be a faulty control board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, December 14, 2018
