Rich for Model Number MDG4806AWW My dryer stopped heating but will work intermittently. I cleaned the ducts and replaced the radiant flame sensor and it still does not heat most of the time. The cycles work and the dryer seems to be functioning with no heat to dry. Sometimes after it cools it will work on 30 minute cycle. Should I trash for a new dryer?
Answer Hello Rich. You will need to test the thermostats and the coils and make sure they are good. Also, check the igniter to see if it is good. If it is not glowing, test for power.
