Isabella for Model Number VGBQ54200 Hi, my viking outdoor grill is not igniting. There are no sparks in any of the burners. I've tested the module. I checked for 120 VAC from the following L, N = 120 1,2,3,4= 120 (when I turn the Knob) Then checked the other wires of the module, the ones that sends the energy to the igniters, and it reads 44. Should it be also 120? Does it mean that I need a new module? thanks
Answer Isabella, if the area around the spark igniters is thoroughly clean of any residue that may prevent proper sparking, the failure would be in the spark module. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, August 22, 2024
