Isabella, if the area around the spark igniters is thoroughly clean of any residue that may prevent proper sparking, the failure would be in the spark module.

Hello John, the manufacturer has discontinued the original spark module and it is no longer available, as we are an OEM parts retailer and since there is no substitute part listed, we cannot advise on replacing it with a similar part, as a suggestion you can contact the manufacturer's Customer Service with your question.

Andrew, There are ignition switches on the burner valves. Test the switches to make sure that there is continuity in the light position. If there is not then the switches will be the issue. Also make sure that the burner caps are clean and the burner heads are clean.

PJ, The spark switch would be the most likely cause for the igniter to continuously click.

Manny, You will want to make sure that the area around the igniter under the top is clean. The ignition switches should have continuity when they are in the light position and if there is no continuity then the switch is faulty and would need to be replaced. This issue sounds likely that the spark module may be the cause for this issue but all you can do is test incoming power to the model but cannot test outgoing power.

Clark for Model Number VGIC3054BSS

My viking oven stopped working part way through baking a pizza. It warmed up initially, but the oven burners would not come back on to keep the temperature up. Now the oven burners will not ignite at all. I here the "click" when turning the oven on (but no flame) and the stove burners still ignite, so I assumed it was the oven ignitors and replaced them. But the new ones do not glow when I turn the oven on. Could this mean the spark module is not working? Or is there another component that is causing this? Thank you!
