Adrian D. for Model Number JJW8527CAS When the tech first looked at the problem with the old clock replaced he suggested that it was a bad relay board and that was changed. That did NOT fix the problem and when they realized that the old clock board worked(except for the display) they ordered another clock and then another clock. Again in each case the oven does the same thing. As the oven works perfectly with the old clock and the fact that the old clock component board is significantly different it seems clear that this oven uses a different clock board. I would be more than willing to change it again but I cannot believe that we received three (3) defective clock boards all with the same problem. Again I love the oven and would hate to have to replace it just because I cannot get the right replacement board. If we cannot determine what the correct replacement is, is it possible to have the old clock board repaired so that the display works again? Adrian
Answer Hello Adrian. There are some companies that do repair old control boards. You can search and locate several of them. However, according to the model number, WP71003424 is the correct board. Check and make sure the model number for the unit is correct. If so, then according to the manufacture, it is the correct control board. Thank you. Read More...
