Answer Hi Mike. You can remove the racks by removing the clips on the front rail. Then remove the upper clip or the screw that holds the upper lower and Middle arms. Then you will use warm sink water and a pick tool to remove the clogged debris in the ends of the spray arms. This will stop the cleaning. Are you using Jet Dry? This will help in spotting and drying. Then if you feel comfortable enough to remove the top section of the filter area at the top,inside of the pump /motor. This will access your inner filter you will clean and improve your satisfaction level. Also, you will need to consider using the newer type of soap.
