Buddy for Model Number 665.13633100 We have change the main gear and the driver unit part #882633/4149661. Used a piece of paper as a gage to set the drive gears When the unit is in super pack and the actuator is depressed to come up when it gets to the upper actuator switch the ram won't stop. If it is on normal pack it will stop but when the ram gets to the down stroke it makes a popping noise but it doesn't do it every time. on the normal pack it will keep trying to come some of the time. Looking for some help to trouble shoot and what should we look for . Notice the on the main drive we can pull on the drive gear and it will rise about a 1/16" of less should there be a spacer between the gear keeper or just eh keeper ? Thanks
Answer Buddy, Between the motor mounting plate and the main drive gear there should be 2 washers. One of these washers will be flat and the other will be a spring type washer. For the issue of the ram not stopping at the top on the super pack, this would be caused by a faulty cycle switch. The part number for the switch is WP9872161. Read More...
