Alli, This actuator would be screwed into the top of the main top. You will want to remove the screw at the back of the corners of the control panel and roll the panel up in order to access the clips that hold the cabinet to the rear of the unit. Remove these clips to take cabinet off and then you can remove the old and install the new acutator.
