Wayne K. for Model Number MDB8959SBS3 No water came thru during the cycle and it obviously didn't wash. The soap remains on the bottom of the machine. What are the possible causes of this failure? There is water supplied to the water valve. Thank you
Answer Hello Wayne, You will need to verify voltage to the water valve when the unit should be filling. If 120Vac is there, replace the water valve W11175771. If not, make sure the float is not stuck in the up position and there are no issues with the wiring harness. If not, replace the main board W10595568. Read More...
