Jimmie for Model Number LAT9416AAE I have a Maytag LAT9416AAE that stopped agitating on the Regular cycle.
Answer Hello Jimmie, You either have a bad timer, (If the first two digits in the serial number begin with 14 or below, order 22003366. If the first two digits are 15 or higher order WP22003362), or a bad drive motor 12002353. You can test these with a test meter using the wiring diagram from the tech sheet on the unit. It normally isn't a bad idea to replace the belt set 12112425 in case of a stretched belt which impairs performance. You can order a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3 if you don't have one. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
