Al Spiteri for Model Number KSM5PPWH I replaced the armature, motor assembly, brushes, speed control and phase control due to a burnt motor. It runs good on low speed 1 to 4. From 6 and up speed does not change and slower than it suppose to be. I adjusted the speed control, took apart twice but still same. I am seeing that the armature is 220V. Could this be the problem. Any suggestions
