Helen for Model Number Whirlpool RBD0245PDQB My display panel just went out one day. No intermittent beeping. When I open the oven door the lights still comes on in both ovens. After reading some of the other questions, I turned off the circuit breaker. When I turned it back on there was a beep; however, the lights did not come back on. Seeking advice as to what part might remedy my problem.
Answer Hello Helen, This could be the fuse WP4451042 or WPW10638608 just before the control panel or the low voltage transformer WP9760587. You could even just have a poor connection so the panel should be removed and the connections pulled off one at a time several times and put back to rub off any possible corrosion that could be present. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues and please verify the model number. The model number provided did not come up as valid, (thus the two fuse part numbers). Since it is necessary for correct part numbers and diagnosis, it will be needed for a detailed diagnosis. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
