PJ, We would need the complete model number of your unit to properly assist but if the oven can be set and it turns on, but the cancel button beeps but will not turn off the elements and it has to be shut off at the breaker then the issue will be a relay control board that is faulty.

David, This part is no longer being manufactured and all of our parts suppliers have already sold out of the white. If you really want to keep the unit you could order the black console but just keep in mind the main contro is no longer available also.

Krista, The F2 E0 code indicates a Key Pad held down too long or Key Pad is shorted. Check keypad connector for firm connection. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad. Replace control. Yes, the control board and the control panel are two(2) separate components. At this point you will need the WP8300435 / 8300435 Control Panel Assembly w/Membrane Switch (black model). The part is in stock and available at this time. Thanks,

Janelle for Model Number RBD245PDQ8

A few weeks ago the oven would randomly beep. Then two days ago it showed an error code...think it was F2 something. I pressed a button on the panel and the code went away. Now the display is completely blank and the oven will not turn on. The lights inside still work. When turning breaker off and back on, display is still off but makes a beep and then some random beeping sounds. If buttons are pushed, they beep. If oven start is pressed it beeps 2x then pause then 3x in a row. What parts do I need and/or what order should I check for the parts needed. Thanks!

Janelle, With a F2 error code this would indicate that the keypad is not connector or has a stuck key. With the display going out and the keypad beeping when pushed it would likely be that the control board of the unit is what caused the error and is causing the display to not work.

Hello Helen, This could be the fuse WP4451042 or WPW10638608 just before the control panel or the low voltage transformer WP9760587. You could even just have a poor connection so the panel should be removed and the connections pulled off one at a time several times and put back to rub off any possible corrosion that could be present. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues and please verify the model number. The model number provided did not come up as valid, (thus the two fuse part numbers). Since it is necessary for correct part numbers and diagnosis, it will be needed for a detailed diagnosis. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
