Janelle for Model Number RBD245PDQ8 A few weeks ago the oven would randomly beep. Then two days ago it showed an error code...think it was F2 something. I pressed a button on the panel and the code went away. Now the display is completely blank and the oven will not turn on. The lights inside still work. When turning breaker off and back on, display is still off but makes a beep and then some random beeping sounds. If buttons are pushed, they beep. If oven start is pressed it beeps 2x then pause then 3x in a row. What parts do I need and/or what order should I check for the parts needed. Thanks!
Answer Janelle, With a F2 error code this would indicate that the keypad is not connector or has a stuck key. With the display going out and the keypad beeping when pushed it would likely be that the control board of the unit is what caused the error and is causing the display to not work. Read More...
