Elangr for Model Number Whirpool rps275pd oven Display shows LOC for locked to prevent children using keypad. Pressed the start button for 5 seconds as per manual did not remove LOC indicator. But light in oven turned on and off which was weird. Only a problem with touch pad membrane could do that. Disconnected circuit breaker for 10 minutes. Oven came on with PF. Canceled that error and still have LOC. I think the membrane might have a problem. What do you think?
