Hello Graham. To change the glass in an oven door, you will need to determine how to remove the door on the model number you are working on. If you open the door to the first stopping point, some oven doors will lift off the unit in this position. On other models, you will see clips on the back of the hinge toward the opening where the hinge enters the range. If yours is like this, you will open the door all the way open, then pull the clips down until they stop and lock in place. Then close the door to the stopping point and lift the door off the range. If you door does not lift off, and it does not have the clips, then you will open the door all the way open. You will see a hole in the hinge at the bottom of the door. You will insert a pin or nail into that hole and close the door to the stopping point. Then you can lift the door off the unit. Once the door is removed, you will lay it on a soft surface and disassemble the door. Pay attention and make notes if needed for reassembly of the oven door. Once you have replaced the door glass, you will reinstall the oven door back onto the range in reverse order of the way you removed it.

Elangr, We agree, the place to start would be the control panel / keypad assembly. The key pads are more susceptible to malfunctions, and intermittent issues than the control board.

Rob S. for Model Number RBS275PDB6 - Control Panel # 4450710

I replaced internal control module because I had error 5 But I still am unable to increase the oven temp from 350 when I start it. I can hit custom broil and lower the temp to the desired temperature and switch to bake and it works. I cannot ever increase the temperature, it always goes down when pressing the up or down. I think I need the control panel. Can you confirm my diagnosis before I spend the $165.00 on the part. Thanks, Rob

Hello Larry, The model number you provided is incomplete so it's hard to be thorough. I cannot provide any part numbers because of this but, it sounds like a sticking key on the membrane switch.

Hello Rodney. The error code means Keypad keytail not connected. 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection. 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 sec., replace keypad. 3. Replace control.

Hello Rodney, As per the manufacturer, check all connections before replacing components, looking for broken or loose wires, failed terminals, or wires not pressed into connectors far enough. You should also check the power connection to the unit, (pigtail and terminal block and/or junction box wire nuts), for bad connections. The breaker shouldn't be left out of these checks. If all checks out, the issue can be inside the unit. The same applies to all connections inside the unit as far as checking for poor connections. Some models have a step-down transformer which powers the low voltage to the control which can be causing the issue. We can go into detail and help much more efficiently with a valid model number since we need to study the wiring diagram of the unit in question.

Hello Rodney. The PF code is power failure. It should clear when you press cancel or off on the control panel.

Alice, The F3-E2 error code indicates an issue in the oven temperature sensor probe WPW10131825 or the ERC/Clock 4453194. But most likely the sensor, especially if you recently did a self clean cycle. You can test the sensor for less than 1100 ohms resistance with a multimeter, to varify the sensor circuit. Here's some meter usage information if you need it [http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html] Good Luck and Thanks
