Steve for Model Number GBD307PDS10 The display is not coming up at all. The buttons make noise when you push them. No error codes displayed. Display is blank.
Answer Steve, You will want to remove the control panel and access the WP9760587/8300642 Transformer, Control and carefully check for 120 VAC across the two red wires(power in) then check across the two blue wires for 14-20 VAC(power out) Then, at the control/display board WPW10438751/8302319 Assy, Control connector P16 pins 5 and 7(red wires)check for 120 VAC across the two wires and P16 pins 2 to3(blue wires) check for 14 to 20 VAC across the wires. If you have the voltages, you will need to replace the WPW10438751/8302319 Assy, Control, which is no longer available from the manufacturer and would need to be refurbished by an outside company like, [www.circuitboardmedics.com] or [www.corecentricsolutions.com].
