John for Model Number MAH6500AWW Washer starts filling and shows a 12 minutes timer. At approximately 9 minutes the door lock indicator goes out and the machine stops filling. If you hold the start button the door lock indicator will come back on and start filling again. Cycle will complete if the start button remains pressed for the duration of the cycle. Suspect a faulty door latch - could it be the control board?
