Answer Hello Bow. Test and see if there is power coming to the door latch WP22003593. If so, and the latch does not lock, you will need to replace the latch assembly. If there is no power, you will need to replace the control board 22004488. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
